Bob Dale
Bob Dale is the founder and principal of Dale Development. Over the last 25+ years, Bob has led the development of more than 4,000 residential units in premier suburban markets from Philadelphia through New England, including multifamily apartment complexes, luxury condominium and townhome communities, and land developments.
Prior to launching his own residential development company in 1999, Bob spent eight years with Toll Brothers, Inc. as Vice President and Senior Counsel within the firm's land acquisition and development group. Bob joined Toll Brothers after stints in the commercial real estate departments of two large Philadelphia law firms.
Bob earned his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
Brendan Dale
Prior to joining Dale Development, Brendan was Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at C12 Capital Management / Sardis Developments, a boutique hospitality and residential development firm. Brendan oversaw the construction and marketing launch of The Loren at Ladybird Lake, the second project of The Loren Hotels brand. The Loren at Ladybird Lake is a hotel, condominium and retail development in Austin, TX which earned international acclaim, including Travel+Leisure “100 Best New Hotels in the World 2023” and Forbes “Hottest New Hotel Openings around the World”. Following that successful launch, Brendan played a critical role in the financing, design and groundbreaking of The Loren at Turtle Cove, a hotel, condominium and marina resort in Turks & Caicos scheduled to open in 2026.
Brendan began his career at the real estate investment firm, Alliance HP, where he held various roles in acquisitions, development, financial analysis, and asset management. During his time at Alliance HP, Brendan was on a small team leading the development of over 2MM+SF of industrial and retail projects, and as asset manager, Brendan was responsible for lease negotiations, budgetary planning and investor reporting on a 2MM+SF office portfolio.
Brendan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
